Our customer service hours are: Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
monday-thursday: 9 h to 14 h and 16 h to 19 h
Friday: 9 h to 14 h and 15 h to 17 h.

Do you offer home delivery?


Yes, you can select it before placing your order, it has a cost of 4,99 €. For RapidAnd Prime users it is free.
As for small parcels; deliveries are made according to the daily route of the equipment. In case of a large order will be previously scheduled with the customer via telephone.

Additionally, we offer you the option to pick up your IKEA order for only 5 € shipping at our pick up point at Zona Industrial Borde de Germà, nave 17, San Julià de Lòria. You can see more details in our terms of use.

What are your rates?


Our shipping rates are as follows:
Shipments to your home: 4,99 € (free for Prime)
Shipments to Repsol pick up points: 1,99 € (free for Prime)
Shipments to RapidAnd pick up point: 1,99 € (free for Prime)
Subscription to RapidAnd Prime: 6,99 € per month or 69,90 € per year

Our furniture assembly rates are:
1.5 times the guide price indicated by taskrabbit.co.uk for the assembly of IKEA furniture
For non-IKEA furniture the price is set at 40€ per person per hour or 55€ for two people per hour
If you wish, you can request weekend assembly.

In addition, on some occasions your orders may be affected by the following surcharges:
Orders of furniture and other medium sized products (over 23Kg or 80x50x50cm): 19,99 € (for Prime it is free up to +60kg).
Orders of large volume or tonnage products: price to be discussed.
Supplement for non-Prime users on orders under 50 € from other Amazon websites: 4,99 €.

Can I buy products in other e-commerce besides Amazon?


Of course you can! If you want to buy products from IKEA or any other e-commerce, you can do it with RapidAnd. In HOME you can see the most popular e-commerce, but you can paste the link of any e-commerce to start your purchase process.

What are the advantages of being RapidAnd Prime?

How long does it take for the product to arrive?


Normally, products arrive at our logistics center the day after the date indicated by the supplier. However, it may take up to 3 days longer due to customs and logistic operations. You can see in yours order history the approximate delivery dates and order status. This can be:
Pending: Our agent is purchasing your order.
En route: We have received the product and it is on its way to Andorra. If it is an Amazon order, once shipped by the supplier, the delivery dates will be updated.
Rejected: The product cannot be purchased. We will refund your payment within 7-14 business days.
Ready for pickup: The order is ready to be picked up at the selected pickup point. Once you receive your pickup QR code to your email, it is ready to be picked up at the box office*.
Released: The order has been released.
Return requested: The return of a product has been requested.
Return initiated: The return process has been initiated.
Return rejected: The return has been rejected. If you need more information, feel free to email us at devolucions@rapidand.com.
Returned: The order has been returned to the supplier. We will refund your payment within 7-14 business days.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

I can't buy certain products from amazon.com, why?


Certain items cannot be purchased because of legal limitations. The products usually belong to the following categories:
Food and beverages
Weapons
Tobacco
Dangerous goods
Virtual goods (such as apps, video games, movies or e-books) Live animals
Live animals

We do not allow purchases from Amazon UK suppliers or UK suppliers due to customs issues.

What payment methods are available?


You can pay in two different ways. You can specify how you prefer to pay in the Payment and Billing section before placing your order.
By credit card: you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you can pay with the data of any card enabled for online purchases.
By bank transfer: you will be redirected to your order section where you will be given the details to make the transfer and you will be given a button to upload the payment receipt.

If you choose to pay by credit card, the data will be stored for your future purchases * In case you want to delete the data you can do it here. In case of any error in the payment you can contact us and we will help you.

We do not have access to your card data nor do they pass through our servers at any time. They are introduced in the bank's payment gateway and we only keep a reference to the card so you can select it for future purchases.

Do you offer warranty on your products?


Yes, we offer the same warranties as the e-commerce where the product comes from.
In case the product is defective or found to be defective (warranty), you can initiate a claim on this issue within the period corresponding to the warranty period of the original supplier of the product purchased by RapidAnd, with a maximum of two years from the date of receipt of the product.

What happens if my product is rejected?


Don't worry, we will refund your payment within 7-14 business days.

Can I get an invoice for my order?


Yes, you will find your invoices on the [order history] page (https://www.rapidand.com/orders). Each invoice will be generated once we have purchased the product.

Do you have a privacy policy?


Yes, we take privacy very seriously and no information is shared inside or outside the company.

What is Tax-Free?


Tax-Free is a tool that you can use when buying within the EU but it is out of our reach since we are an Andorran ecommerce. We make sales in Andorra and deliveries in the Principality and therefore we are governed by the IGI. The cost is the same as in Spain but with home delivery and customs clearance. We also provide IGI invoices.

Can I choose the delivery of the supplier?


RapidAnd reserves the right to choose the type of shipping and insurance that it considers more convenient for each shipment or product, for example in the case of Autodoc always applies the insurance rate of 4.30 €.

Supplements


Customs surcharges are non-refundable. That is, if you cancel an item with a customs surcharge that is already paid, the amount of the surcharge will not be refunded.

Can I return the item if I no longer want it?


Yes, if there is no damage or defect, we will proceed to the return with a small surcharge per item returned by neglect (without damage) in order to cover the logistical costs incurred. You can manage your return from your order history. Once you have requested your return, you will receive an email with the steps to follow. It is necessary that the product to be returned comes with its original packaging.

The deadline to return a product if you are not satisfied with it (right of withdrawal) is 7 days from the date of receipt. For e-commerce products other than Amazon, the return for defective product must be notified within 24 hours at the time of delivery.

Once the return process has been initiated, the return agents will contact you via email if any information is needed, and you will have 7 days to provide it. If no response is received, the return will be denied.

Not returnable:
Hygiene products, food products, opened or used products
Personalized items - Unsealed CD DVDs
Items more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date or 90 days after the date of purchase.

Return time limits
Deliveries to Box Office: The deadline will be 3 working days.
Home Deliveries: The deadline will be of 5 working days.

Price of the return due to abandonment
Exercise of the right of withdrawal for reduced size products: 4,99 € + supplier's fee.
Exercising the right of withdrawal for oversized products: 19,99 € + supplier's fee
