What is RapidAnd?
RapidAnd is an Andorran e-commerce platform that allows you to shop online and receive products in Andorra from Amazon, IKEA, or any other online store that ships within Spain.
Once your purchase is made, you can:
• Pick up your order at one of our collection points.
• Request home delivery.
RapidAnd acts as a secure intermediary between the user and the suppliers, ensuring product authenticity and proper management of shipments and returns.

Do you offer home deliveries?
Yes. Before placing your order, you can select this option:
• Standard cost: €4.99
• RapidAnd Prime users: free
For small orders, deliveries follow the daily route of our team. For large orders, delivery will be scheduled with the customer by phone.
After delivery, the recipient has a maximum of 24 hours to report in writing any missing items or discrepancies.
RapidAnd reserves the right to reschedule deliveries for logistical reasons, notifying the user in advance.

Can I buy products from other e-commerce sites besides Amazon?
You can buy from IKEA or any other online store:
• Paste the product link on our site to start the process.
• Only official suppliers listed on the website are authorized.

What happens if I buy from an unauthorized supplier?
If a purchase is made from an unauthorized supplier, RapidAnd will automatically cancel the order.
RapidAnd is not responsible for defects, lack of warranty, shipping errors, or inability to return products purchased outside official channels.
To ensure safety and authenticity, it is recommended to purchase only through official links validated by RapidAnd.
What are the benefits of being RapidAnd Prime?
• Free home delivery and to any RapidAnd collection point
• Amazon: free delivery up to 15 kg and dimensions up to 2 m
• Other e-commerce: free delivery up to 15 kg and dimensions up to 2 m
• Includes both home delivery and any collection point (Does not include supplier shipping to Spain, only to our Andorra logistics center.)

How long does it take for the product to arrive?
Normally, products arrive at our logistics center the day after the date indicated by the supplier.
It may take up to 3 additional days due to customs or logistics operations.
You can check the status and estimated delivery dates in your order history:
• Pending: Our agent is purchasing your order.
• In transit: Product received and on its way to Andorra. Amazon dates updated after supplier shipping.
• Rejected: Product cannot be purchased. Refund in 7-14 business days.
• Ready for pickup: Order available at collection point with QR code.
• Delivered: Order received by the customer.
• Return requested: Product return requested.
• Return in progress: Return process ongoing.
• Return rejected: Return denied. Contact info@rapidand.com for details.
• Returned: Order returned to supplier. Refund in 7-14 business days.
• Cancelled: Order cancelled.
I cannot buy certain Amazon.es products, why?
Certain items are legally restricted, e.g.:
• Food and beverages
• Weapons
• Tobacco
• Hazardous products
• Virtual goods (apps, video games, movies, e-books)
Purchases from Amazon UK or the United Kingdom are not allowed due to customs restrictions.
What payment methods are available?
- Credit/debit card: redirected to secure bank gateway.
- Bank transfer: details provided with a button to upload proof of payment.
Card details are stored for future purchases but can be deleted from your profile at any time.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, the same warranty as the original supplier.
Claims for defective products can be made within the warranty period, maximum 2 years from receipt.
If the item arrives broken or damaged, the customer has 24 hours from delivery to report the issue and request replacement or return.
What happens if my product is rejected?
If a product cannot be purchased, it will be refunded in 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Invoices are available in your order history, generated after purchase.
You can request an invoice in a company name before confirming the order. To modify details, email info@rapidand.com with updated info and order reference.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, we take privacy seriously and do not share your data inside or outside the company.
What is Tax-Free?
Tax-Free is a tool EU residents can use, but it is not applicable here as RapidAnd is Andorran. We sell in Andorra and deliver in the Principality, subject to IGI. Costs are the same as in Spain but with home delivery and customs management. We also provide invoices with IGI.
Can I choose the supplier’s shipping method?
RapidAnd selects the most convenient shipping and insurance for each order.
Example: Autodoc always applies €4.30 insurance.
Customs and surcharges
Customs surcharges are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled. Return shipping for withdrawal is at the customer’s expense.
Can I return the item if I don’t want it anymore?
Non-defective items can be returned for withdrawal with a small fee:
• Small items: €4.99 + supplier fee
• Large items: €19.99 + supplier fee
Procedure: Manage the return from order history, attach photos of the product and original packaging.
Return deadlines:
• Maximum 7 days from receipt to request return for withdrawal.
• For products from e-commerce other than Amazon, defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery or pickup deadlines:
• Locker: 3 business days
• Warehouse: 3 business days
• Home: 5 business days
Cannot be returned:
• Used hygiene or food products
• Personalized items, unsealed CDs/DVDs
• Products over 30 days after delivery or 90 days from purchase
• Returns for product defects are handled according to supplier terms and warranty
Once the return process begins, our return agents will contact the user by email for any additional information or documentation.
The user has 7 days to provide the required information.
If no response is received, the return request will be automatically denied.
